Modern equipment and well trained professional staff ensure that each client receives a thorough hearing evaluation. All our audiologists hold at least a Master degree in audiology and maintain both state licensing and national certification.

With sophisticated computers, we are able to test hearing immediately after birth, so no one is ever too young to be evaluated.

Our center is the only facility in Central Washington designated by the state as a provider for follow-up testing on infants who fail their newborn hearing screening.

Once the nature and severity of the hearing loss is determined, an appropriate course of action can be discussed. This may include referral to a physician for medical treatment, hearing aid amplification and/or assistive listening technology. All test results and treatments are kept strictly confidential.

Over 99% of the instruments we dispense, offer “digital” processing to enhance
the user’s performance and understanding in noisy situations. All instruments are dispensed with at least a 30-day evaluation period to ensure your complete satisfaction.
